Spicy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a large saucepan, saute the chicken, onion and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Add the beans, broth,chilies and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; simmer,uncovered, for 60 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream.
  6. Top with cheddar cheese & Serve with warm cornbread.

Notes:

Smoked Pulled Chicken thighs are also great used in this recipe.
